Considering that I come from a Gujju family with an influential business background, Music was a CHOICE rather than a forced source of income, which most youngsters of my age back in the 90's were subjected to.

Its a different story today, thanks to Generation-X who are always looking for new and young talent.

Armed with an academic qualification that many would consider a joke, I left Ahmedabad to make Bombay my new home.

After almost a decade of composing jingles , and a few films, along-with a degree in "Composing For Film & Multimedia" from NYU, and 7'th grade in Classical Piano, I have developed my own unique ideas about what "Commercial Music" is supposed to do.

The critics and masses alike have been kind enough to appreciate my music, my thoughts.

I call myself a studio musician and make music with the inevitable help of Computers & Electronics. I don't believe in inventing that unique "Tapas Relia" style of Music, because every song needs a different character, every song needs a different set of concepts.

The purpose of this website is to give you a (better) glimpse of my Music. The biggest of the brands or the most popular of  my songs, do not necessarily mean they are my favorites.

In the world of Commercial Music you often end up making something that you can't relate to!
